THE GRILL

The 5 solid stainless steel cooking grates are exclusively V-shaped to prevent smaller food items from falling through. The cast stainless steel burner knobs are part of a truly impressive ignition system. Each igniter is completely sealed, protected from sauces and oil, and each burner ignites independently of the other burners. Situated above each burner you’ll find a Flame Tamer. The Flame Tamers™ protect the solid cast stainless steel burners and reduce grilling flare-up, as well as being the source of even-heat distribution. Every grill chef knows how important that is. Lip guards on each burner serve to prevent clogging from the fats and juices that naturally drip from your grilling. When all high-powered burners are operating, the Top Gun 5 Burner Convection Grill delivers 75,000 BTUs evenly across your grilling area. Convection grilling is achieved by combing the overall BTU with a powerful and exclusive 110V convection fan to uniformly circulate heat when the grill hood is closed. Heat distributes more quickly and evenly across the entire grilling surface for efficient grilling time, and improved grilling results, with no more hot spots.

INCLUDED GRILL ACCESSORIES

The Top Gun 5 Burner Convection Grill includes a full width Rotisserie Bar with a 22,000 BTU infrared back burner that delivers full-bodied flavor. The exclusive locking tabs hold the warming rack in the up position when your Rotisserie is in use. If the dinner bell rings before your guests are ready to pile food on to their plates, simply disengage the exclusive locking tabs to hold the warming rack in a choice of 2 positions, and reposition the food onto the rack. The Smoke Tray can be used to infuse poultry and meats with the smoky flavor everyone loves.

BUILT-IN CONVENIENCES

Included is an easy-to-read built-in temperature gauge to manage and monitor grill temperatures when the canopy is closed. 2 internal grill lights are built-in so you can grill to your heart’s content at twilight and into the night.
